We use your email address and chosen language to send your confirmation, welcome message and IHKAM’s monthly newsletter.
Information we keep
We keep your email address, newsletter language, signup source, subscription status and the dates of consent, confirmation and unsubscribe. The subscriber list is held in IHKAM’s CRM, separately from business contacts. We use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit automated or abusive requests.
Email delivery
We use Resend to deliver email and process delivery information. Your subscription starts only after you press the confirmation button linked from the confirmation email. We do not publish your email address or automatically add it to prospect outreach lists.
Your choices
Use the link in every edition to change language or unsubscribe. We retain an unsubscribe record so that we do not resume sending without a new request from you. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your subscription information, contact us below.
